began in 1995 with
one simple goal in mind: to
provide superior motorcoach service with a strong emphasis on
meticulously clean, late model equipment, with drivers who are
safe, friendly, and above all, accommodating to our passenger
needs.
Since 1995 our company has grown from a small coach operation to
the fastest growing motorcoach company in the State of Iowa.
Our late model equipment and competitive prices have
enticed our customers, and our continued dedication to customer
service is what brings them back.
Our service does not stop after we drop you off safely at your
pick-up point.
After your trip, you will receive our customer feedback
survey. This is
where we receive your comments about our service in an unbiased
forum. This one
small step lets us know how we can make our service even better. On most occasions, the comments are positive and we are able
to show our staff what an exceptional job they have done. If the comments are not positive, we take corrective measures
to see that a change is made.

Our Services
Windstar Lines
provides luxury charter service throughout the State of Iowa and
to all 49 contiguous states and Canada. Our customers include
tour companies, high schools, colleges, universities, senior
citizen groups, government agencies, bank travel clubs,
military, community organizations, politicians and sports teams.
We also can provide convention shuttles for groups in Des
Moines, Iowa City, Cedar Rapids, IA. and Omaha, NE.
Groups can charter by the hour, day, or multi-day.
Prices are determined by the hours involved, miles, and
additional fees such as parking, tolls, relief drivers and so
on.
Our prices are competitive with carriers who offer a high
quality of service and late model equipment.
We may not always have the lowest price, but we feel our service
is worth a little bit extra.
We also can provide assistance with your trip planning.

Dear Jeff:
I want to let you know our recent trip
to Lexington went great. I rode on Dave's bus and
can say he did a wonderful job. I heard from many
people on John and Pat's buses that they were very
pleased also. In fact, I got more positive
comments about our bus accommodations this trip than I
ever have before - and we've been taking buses several
times a year for at least 3 years. Our first three
drivers did great too - we were just with them for such
a shorter time that I didn't catch all their names.
Our schedule can be pretty hard on the
drivers - late nights and early mornings - but they were
never late and always helpful. Also, I appreciate
your organization in having pre-selected stops and
directions to the hotel. You wouldn't believe how
many bus companies make me provide them with maps and
figure out what exits to stop at - that always confused
me as I thought travel was their business.
